Will ONLY consider these areas- Great Kills, eltingville, annadale, pleasant plains, princes bay, richmondtown, oakwood, New dorp heights. PLEASE no other areas. I also will not consider an apt on hylan or amboy road,as it is too busy for us





Prefer not to pay fee from broker and MUST stay under $1600. Would also consider a rent to own.
