Bhutanese language and legal advisor

US court reporter requires a native Dzongkha speaker with legal education and/or experience in the Bhutanese courts to assist in the production of a court reporting system for the High Court of Bhutan. Duties will include assisting in the writing of a phonetic machine theory in Dzongkha and counsel on legal procedures and etiquette of the High Court and District Courts of Bhutan.

Temporary position, one to two years, in Portland, Oregon. Possible short-term employment in Bhutan following completion of the theory to assist in final implementation of the court reporting system into the High Court.
