The Knot, Inc., the leading life stage media company, is looking for a general art intern for its magazines and websites. The candidate will have strong interest in publishing, photography and design. He or she will act as an overall assistant for our art department. There will be additional opportunities to assist with web projects and photo shoots over time. Additional help will be needed for researching stock photography and other general department assistance.
The ideal candidate is computer savvy, able to handle multiple tasks, and very organized. Applicants must be proficient in PC and Macintosh platforms and experienced with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Quark. Currently, we are looking for full day assistance 2-3 days a week. Position to start immediately.
