Posting because we're having a really difficult time finding a space to plant ourselves. We'll actually be up by this Sunday if that makes it easier on anyone... 'We' are myself, a student, my husband, an engineer, and our 18 month old daughter. We're very responsible, respectful tenants seeking a 1, 1/2-2 bed in a central (south/north), or otherwise very child friendly Williamsburg location.



We can't afford to drop 11,000 or more just to move into a place, so please NO BROKERS.



We're great people and would be a nice addition to any building that housed the same.
