I'm a law student in the city looking for a place starting next September. I'm relatively quiet, clean, and considerate. And I'm a nice guy. Looking for the same (though you don't have to be a guy, just nice!). Not too picky about location (open to different neighborhoods) or other specifics, but it would be great if the place was quiet during the week. I'm working in London this summer so I won't be around. Thus, it'd be nice to find a place soon. Oh, I smoke cigarettes, and would much prefer living with another indoor smoker.
