We are seeking SERVICE COORDINATORS/CASE MANAGERS
Early Intervention Service Coordination (EISC) is a service division of Medical and Health Research Association of New York City, Inc.
Early Intervention Service Coordination EISC/MHRA is contracted with the New York City Early Intervention Program (NYCEIP) to provide service coordination throughout the five boroughs for infants and toddlers with known or suspected developmental delays.
We are seeking motivated individuals who have a strong commitment to helping families.
Responsibilities include providing case management to families with infants and toddlers with developmental delays; developing plans and strategies to meet the family's needs, securing a multidisciplinary evaluation to determine the child's eligibility; and participating in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).

Experience - External:
Bachelor Degree in Health or Human Services, Psychology, or Social Work.
A Master's Degree in any of these fields is acceptable.

Bachelor's Degree in fields other than those specified, and at least 2 years+ experience in case management with children and families. Willingness to meet with families in their homes or community. Ability to communicate, read and write in a second language (Chinese, Arabic, African Dialects, Russian, Hindi, Bengali, American Sign Language) needed. Bilingual English-Spanish is a priority for all boroughs.
