BUSY NURSING AGENCY IS SEEKING CNA'S AND ORDERLIES FOR IMMEDIATE POSITIONS IN NURSING HOMES IN ALL AREAS OF BROOKLYN, BRONX, QUEENS AND LONG ISLAND.





Requirements-



*A valid CNA license that does not expire for atleast 6 months

*You must be able to work alternate weekends

*You must have a POSITIVE work attitude

*Experience a plus but not required

You will need to bring the following documents with you:



~A Physical Dated Within the Past Year That Includes Your HEIGHT, WEIGHT & BLOOD PRESSURE



~PPD from Within The last Year, If your PPD Is Positive You Will Need To Bring A Chest X-Ray Report From Within The Past 5 Years



~MMR- Either The Date of The Immunizations Or The Titre Levels



~Current Valid CNA License With Atleast 6 Months Left On It



~Social Security Card



~I-9 Requirements



~2 Letters of Reference (1 Business & 1 Personal)



~2 Passport Size Photos
