Workload Split 25% Account A / 70% Account B / 5% Office Work



25% Management of Account A, Medium Construction Projects ($250K to $750K)

-Work with 1-2 other managers to ensure projects completed as planned



70% Management of Account B, Repair work and small renovations

-Must be able to directly manage 2-3 crews of 1-3 men each in class "a" office building environments

-VERY INDEPENDENT

-order and track all material

-light finance tracking on jobs



5% Office work, mostly meetings with office personnel



MUST:

-Have own transportation

-Have 5+ years experience in construction management

-More experience and college education a plus

-Great teamwork and people skills

-be able to keep clients happy

-Have sufficient construction knowledge



Average Hours 2 pm - 10/11 pm

60K - 100K per year

Workload Split 45% Account A / 50% Account B / 5% Office Work



45% Management of Account A, Small to Medium Construction Projects (Repairs to Small Renovations



-Work alone to ensure projects completed as planned





50% Management of Account B, Medium Construction Projects (Small to Medium Construction Projects)



-Work alone to ensure projects completed as planned



5% Office work, mostly meetings with office personnel



MUST:

-Have own transportation

-Have 5+ years experience in construction management

-More experience and college education a plus

-Great teamwork and people skills

-MUST MEET WITH BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS IN CORPORATIONS (CLIENTS)

-be able to keep clients happy

-Have sufficient construction knowledge

-Order and track materieals



Average Hours 8 am - 5/6 pm

60K - 100K per year
