- Develop relationships with top-tier Associates & Partners for Lateral Moves & Geographical Relocations
- Develop database of potential candidates
- Act as the candidates AGENT in determining the best firms to present them to and contact those firms to seek out potential opportunities
- Managing Director - NYC Legal Staffing Division
- Determine the strategic direction of the division
- Develop revenue channels
- Develop sales programs and goals
- Build and develop client relationships
- Prospect for new business
- Grow revenue from existing clients
- Increase client retention
- Utilize and increase existing prospect database
- Recruiters
- Assist in searching for candidates, for Attorneys or Legal Staff positions
- Paralegals, Legal Secretaries, Litigation Support, etc.
- No sales to clients, just candidate recruiting
- Contact, qualify and determine applicability of applicants
- Interview & screen candidates
- Develop candidate pools for recuring searches
- Write and post ads on internet job boards
- Follow-up with placed candidates
