Clinical Case Management Program



The Clinical Case Management Program is focused on helping clients stay in substance abuse treatment. It emphasizes recovery, meeting other unmet needs and eventually moving towards work.





Vocational Services Program Coordinator



Responsible for providing supervision to Employment Services Center team, including the appropriate utilization and management of staff to ensure the quality and quantity of vocational services provided is consistent with an interdisciplinary team approach to the delivery of care and VNS Vocational goals and objectives.



Prepares vocational reports, analyzes outcome data, develops and implements programmatic vocational strategies to improve employment outcomes, participates in creation of weekly and monthly reports and presentations with funders.




Education:

Master�s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university required. CRC required.


Experience:

Minimum two years experience in a Master�s level human services position required. Minimum one-year supervisory experience required. Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required. Proficient with personal computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Bilingual skills may be required, as determined by operational needs.
