Academic Intern (part-time) (Midtown West)

workshop/apd, an award-winning design firm based in New York City, seeks a young and energetic person with good digital modeling and rendering abilities for work on high-end residential and commercial projects and an interest in sustainable design.



Specific requirements include strong design skills and knowledge of the following programs:



AutoCAD

3-D Studio Max

Rhino, additional modeling software



In addition to digital modeling, drafting and rendering, applicants should show an ability to organize, have strong oral and written communication skills, and display a willingness to assist in the administrative functions of a fast-paced office. Previous office experience is recommended although not required.



This is a paid position that would start immediately and continue through the academic year.
