Full-time Administrative Assistant Job Description
International yacht broker in Midtown Manhattan seeks a pro-active Administrative Assistant.
• College Graduate
• Must have some previous administrative experience
• Must be flexible and able to multi-task
• Must have strong interpersonal skills
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Must have strong verbal and written skills
• Must demonstrate attention to detail
Duties:
To include, but not limited to:
• Answering phones/taking detailed messages/sending faxes
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and email
• Making travel arrangements/booking cars, hotels/maintaining calendars
• Coordinating meetings/conference calls
• Maintaining filing system
• Ordering stationery/office supplies
• Proficient on internet/searches
• General office support
