ONLINE PROJECT MANAGER NEEDED

Job Responsibilities:
This position will work to implement an efficient web project development process where projects are developed and implemented quickly, efficiently and consistently.
Implement Vertabase project tracking software across all assigned projects Ensure clear communication of project priorities, statuses, schedules and resource allocation Review project briefs that describe proposed new projects and gives recommendations and feedback to editorial producer Maintain weekly high level report of project status, risks, issues, resource allocation and project recommendations Create weekly project to do list for all assigned projects Communicate action items and deliverables to all staff and follow-up to ensure on-time delivery within budget Manage third party vendors to keep schedule and process on track and alert senior management to possible schedule conflicts, missed milestones and communication issues Provide QA for projects as needed entering information into bug tracking software and validating when issues are resolved

Qualifications
At least 3 years experience in an interactive development environment.
Orientation towards solutions and results.
Experience with proven web project management methodologies and current best practices.
Broad knowledge of internet technologies, including content management tools, tagging, blogging tools, and e-commerce.
High competence in leading effective meetings and keeping the team on task.
Eager to achieve and grow in the interactive field.
