The ideal candidate should have a BA/BS degree and a minimum two years experience in Web Production / Interactive Agency operations. Key responsibilities include web development for interactive sites, image editing and processing, flash development, and collaboration with creative, editorial and business groups. The work environment is deadline driven with an emphasis on attention to detail. The candidate must demonstrate knowledge of new and emerging Web technologies and best practices. Good communication skills are critical and the candidate must be a self-starter.

The candidate must have hands on experience and demonstrate knowledge of the following:
• HTML
• Web page layout using CSS 2
• JavaScript
• Web standards
• Cross platform/browser compatibility
• Search engine optimization techniques
• Adobe Photoshop
• Web Forum Administration (PHPbb)
• Flash
• Troubleshooting techniques

The candidate will ideally have experience with:
• DOM scripting
• Interwoven TeamSite
• JSP
• PHP
• Facebook application design
• AJAX
• Adobe Flex, MXML and ActionScript
