Bloomingdale is 1 block away, and a lot of design and fashion stores can be found around. The restaurants, groceries, delis are numerous. The subway station is 2 blocks away (4-5-6, N-R-W, at 59th street).
The building is a large postwar construction, condo, and has full time doorman, elevators, laundry facilities. It is a clean and well maintained building. The apartment is on the 6th floor.
