Healthcare Business Development Manager

Axelon Services Corporation, an established & successful New York based staffing & Recruiting firm, is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager and business leader to establish and build out a healthcare staffing subsidiary. Successful candidate will oversee strategy, creation, and execution of business plan to expand business lines. The successful candidate will have full P&L responsibility and will manage the day-to-day operation to ensure ongoing evolution of unit. Manager will take on full client development responsibilities for the entire business. We are seeking a Manager who has several years of experience running a profitable Healthcare Staffing division, specifically focused on the Allied segment. Ideally, candidate will have experience with both permanent and temporary / per diem recruitment.

Required Experience:
•Experience developing and executing business plans for expanding business lines.
•A proven track record of successfully delivering new business is a must
•Must be able to work independently under pressure.
•Candidate will rely heavily on judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
•Bachelors in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
•Minimum 10 years experience in the healthcare staffing industry
•Servicing VMS/VMO business is a big plus!
