Hi thanks for taking the time to read my post..Im DawnMarie age 46, and expierenced with children of all ages from toddlers to teens....i mix formula, change diapers, bath, arrange playdates, take children on outings especially to the library and the park, i supervise all indoor and out activties make sure all meals are eaten, im also very pet friendly dogs, cats, birds, turtles lizzards etc etc....im also used to dealing with
problem children and picky eaters.....Im very much like Mary poppins very loving and warm and children take to me instantly.....On Fridays i like to treat the children to what ever they'd like to eat and also a DVD of their choice to watch, i also like to put on the classics for the children such as Flipper and Lassie im very much hands on and get involved with their activities.....i do lite housekeeping such as laundry, mopping, dusting and general household duties.......

For seniors i bath, help to dress, change adult diapers if needed, feed and generally make them feel comfortable...I also do housekeeping such as their laundry, and general cleaning and shopping.....
Ive also cared for senior in nursing home facilty and hospital, and im very familiar with Alzhiemers and Dementia, as well as problematic seniors i understand and i know its hard to find someone u can trust thats also caring ......
Im currently caring for a senior lady whos 96 my duties with her...i help her to bath, to dress, make sure she eats her lunch, i clean for her and do her laundry general household duties...im also her companion shes a sweetheart....
My days and hrs with her are Tuesdays and Fridays 11am-5pm.....

With Seniors i do get involved and pay attention to what their saying
I also remenise with them about how it was back in the day!!!
the senior lady i care for now, came over here and was on Ellis Island, i personally
find that fasinating and we often engage in long conversations about that time and era......fashions, morals, how it was brooklyn cira 1924 and cherry street
the lower east side!!! amazing, they do have a story to tell!!!
for those that are ok!!! and dont have dementia or alzhiemers....

Im seeking a part-time position either in ChildCare or Elder for Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for those same hrs....11am-5pm, i need at least 5 hrs a day, and i can also stay some nites till 6pm-7pm...i would also be available
some weekends, and lite housekeeping would not be a problem .....

Would perfer that this be in the local area of bayridge or bensonhurst...as my method of transportation would be the train and bus, as i dont drive.....so as long as the commute is not to long thats fine....i also have the StatenIsland buses next to me a block away....

As to my rate let me know what yr looking to pay for the hrs and days i would be working and what duties i would be performing and ill let u know if i think its fair....
I was also born and raised in BayRidge and attended Fort Hamilton high school and my family still has ties and roots in the bayridge community since world war ll...
