My client is a large, full service firm with multiple offices. Practice areas include Real Estate, Intellectual Property, Tax, Copyrights, Internet Law, Labor and Employment, Antitrust, Business Restructuring, Capital Markets, M&A, Government Regulation and more. This firm is looking for the following associates:

* IP Associate-2 years min. exp. Mechanical Engineering Degree, heavy patent prosecution and opinion docket exp. Litigation exp not necessary, admission to USPTO is required.

* Patent Prosecution Associate-2 years min. exp. for biotech prosectuion, opinion and due diligence work. PhD in molecular biology or immunology preferred. Advanced Science Degree required. Admission to USPTO required.

* Patent Prosecution Associate-1 year exp. min, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy or pharmacology background necessary. Litigation focused position.

* Intellectual Property Associate - 2 years exp. min, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy or pharmacology background necessary. Litigation focused position.

*A JD from a well respected law school is required.
