I have been very happy with CSF's financial services and staff. I encourage my friends to use them for investment, retirement planning, and the like. However, it is best to avoid the firm's "resident tax expert" Tina Salandra. She botched my personal and LLC filings two years in a row, resulting in large penalties. My new tax firm had to refile both years. This was about three years ago. I don't understand why CSF continues its association with her. I was not surprised to find -- at a recent LGBT community event -- another CSF client who was in tax trouble because of Salandra. So I felt compelled to post this warning. Hope it saves someone else the trouble.
I have been a very happy client for almost 8 years. Christopher Street Financial is the most professional firm I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only have they done an excellent job with my portfolio but they offer financial planning, estate planning and tax services all under one roof. That has proved very convenient for me. I have found in the past that if all these areas are not coordinated that there is too much effort on my part...luckily Christopher Street Financial takes care of this for me.
