This restaurant has to be the freshest, best seafood place in NYC. It's prepared so well that the sauces and the sides enhanced the fish, not the other way around. It's quite rare to get good seafood in this town, because most people here don't appreciate minimally prepared fish. The upstairs seatings are alot better than downstairs (unless you have a large group). It's not very noisy either. I don't think this place is overhyped. I don't hear enough buzz, and glad it's kept this way.
