Absolutely horrible! Both our glass sliding doors leak and the wood under them is rotting. Very difficult to get someone to come look at the problem. I took a day off from work and they were a no show that didn't even call to apologize or reschedule. Again it was very difficult to get someone on the phone, when I did they said they no longer deal with that company. So here we are with wood rot and rust at the bottom of our doors. Shame on you!
Forgetr about them. Once they get you money then they just dont give a dam about you. CHECK THE NUMBERS ON THE CONTRACT AND NONE OF THEM WORK.
Horrible company to deal with! We had siding, and 2 sets of glass sliding doors put in. Our doors are leaking and the wood is rotting. It took months to reach anyone, and when I took a day off from work so they could come look at the problem, they were a no show! It was next too impossible to get anyone on the phone. After months of phoning I spoke with someone who said they no longer deal with the window company and are not responsible for correcting the problem!
Disgusting company. RUN!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
I just used them for my roof and I must admit I am only coming back to this site because of the previous
review. When my roof was done they did an excellent job. Everything went off without a hitch and just as my consultant promised it would. After the work was done the clean up was meticlous. What really was a shock was that they handed me my lifetime warranty which includes labor and materials from them the manufacture and BJS. Not only would I highly recommend them I am planning on using them again next month to do my windows.
THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER AFTER DOING MY ROOF THEY NEVER PAID THEIR INSTALLER AND NOW I HAVE A MECHANICS LEIN ON MY HOUSE.
I PAID MORE THAN $19,000 TO GET MY ROOF DONE AND AFTER I FOUND OUT THAT I OVEWRPAID. MY NEIGHBOR PAID ONLY $11,000 AND WE HAVE THE SAME EXACT HOME.
BOTH GOT WOOD REPLACED AND USED SAME COMPANY.
SO WHY DIDNT THE PAY THE INSTALLER SINCE THEY OVERCHARGED ME AND NOW I NEED TO HIRE A LAWYER.
DO NOT, I REPEATE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I GOT THEM THRU BJS DISCOUNT CLUB, NEVER AGAIN. I MAY SUE THEM.
ITS A TOTAL DISASTER AND NIGHTMARE. MY HUSBAND EVEN SPOTTED A SMALL LEAK IN THE BEDROOM.
