Nycityvan makes move very easy. The guys are nice, flexible and responsible. I changed my moving location the day I was about to move, and they kindly accommodated my schedule. Though there was an incident that one of my small bags was left on their van, Chris sent it back to me timely. I will definitely use them again in the future!
I used these guys to move an incredibly heavy and large (94") entertainment console I had bought off some guy from craigslist, moving from the UWS to Soho. The two gentlemen arrived on time, were polite and courteous, worked fast and delivered my goods up a tricky flight of stairs with nary a scratch. Very pleased that they take credit cards too. Wouldn't hesitate to call them up again next time I make an impulse furniture buy...
I used these guys for a move from a studio on 58th to a studio on 63rd. They were quick, efficient, and professional. I told them I had a hard stop at 4pm as that is the latest move-in time. They met the deadline with no problem. Nice guys and I will definitely use them again. Excellent value.
LOVE this crew! Needed a crew to move a couch and heavy-as-can-be-cement coffee table from our office to an apartment and these guys were wonderful!!! Firstly, they were incredibly nice and friendly to work with - I can't speak highly enough regarding their politeness. Sooo refreshing (especially because our office was a pain to work with - but the NYCityVan guys were completely understanding!!). Secondly, they called when they said they'd call and even though they were at the office early, they never billed me for more than the time from when they began work. They got the whole job taken care of in under an hour and it was as painless as can be. Thank you so much crew!!! -Erin
Our team was amazing (Mike, Malcom and Nelson) They were friendly, efficient and easy to work with. They knew what they were doing and did it very fast, I was amazed how easy they made it. The made a day with so much stress...stressless. I would recommend them without hesitation.
GREAT experience!! I called the day of the move and got same day service. The crew showed up on time and did a wonderful job. Price was VERY reasonable and overall I'd give Paul and his company an A+. I would use this company again in a heartbeat and I'd also recommend his company to my friends and family.
These guys were just fantastic. I called last minute to have a couch moved after buying it on Craigslist. They were able to move it the same day, did a fantastic job of navigating some tight stairs, communicated clearly and promptly, and came through in the best way. They're also very reasonably priced. We'll be using them to move next time our lease is up.
